If you have your own camera(s) that you would like to connect and you are not able to get them online yourself, we can program them for you based on the steps listed below.

Camera Re-Programming

$30 per camera

Includes camera programming and return shipping to the facility.
Inbound shipping to iDogCam is the responsibility of the facility.

Required Items

Wireless Camera – please include antenna(s) and power supply
Non-POE Camera – please include the power supply (wall plug or injector adaptor)

Missing items may cause delays or additional charges.

Shipping & Liability

The facility is responsible for proper packaging and inbound shipping costs.
iDogCam is not responsible for damage or loss during inbound shipping of the camera(s) to our office.
