iDogCam provides video streaming and camera management software to pet care facilities. Once a customer subscribes to our service, access is provisioned immediately, and service begins as outlined in the chosen subscription plan.
If your account requires any setup assistance, our support team will contact you directly to ensure full activation.
We do not ship any physical goods unless hardware (e.g., cameras) is purchased separately — in which case, shipping details will be provided during onboarding.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting us at support@idogcam.com.
Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
