At iDogCam, we are committed to delivering a reliable and secure camera streaming service for pet care facilities and pet owners. This page outlines our policies for service fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds.

Fulfillment Policy

iDogCam provides video streaming and camera management software to pet care facilities. Once a customer subscribes to our service, access is provisioned immediately, and service begins as outlined in the chosen subscription plan.

If your account requires any setup assistance, our support team will contact you directly to ensure full activation.

We do not ship any physical goods unless hardware (e.g., cameras) is purchased separately — in which case, shipping details will be provided during onboarding.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting us at support@idogcam.com.

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our service. If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • User error or misunderstanding of the service
  • Missed cancellations before renewal
  • Lack of camera visibility due to on-site internet or hardware problems not caused by iDogCam

Return Policy (For Hardware Purchases, if applicable)

If you purchased camera equipment through iDogCam:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Equipment must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
